**PART-TIME KITCHEN STAFF - $17/HOUR - SANTA ANA**
Gus's World Famous Fried Chicken in Downtown Santa Ana is looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our kitchen team.
**Starting pay: $17/hour**
**Part-time only**
**Saturday & Sunday availability REQUIRED**
Typical shifts are approximately **5:15 PM–10:00 PM**.
Kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
**Job duties include:**
- Plate making and preparing orders
- Line cooking
- Food preparation
- Keeping the kitchen clean and organized
- Following food safety and restaurant procedures
**What we're looking for:**

- **Available every Saturday and Sunday**
Restaurant experience is a plus, but **reliability and work ethic are more important to us.**
This is a hands-on kitchen job. We stay busy during our peak hours, so we're looking for someone who is ready to work and takes pride in doing their job well.
