SHIPPING & DE-BURRING TECHNICIAN

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Starting Pay: $23.00+ per hour
RJ Machine Inc. is looking for a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our Shipping & De-Burring Department.
Previous machining or manufacturing experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person who has a good work ethic, shows up on time, takes initiative, pays attention to detail, and is willing to learn.

Responsibilities
De-burr and hand-finish precision machined metal and plastic parts.
Remove sharp edges, burrs, and imperfections using hand tools and other equipment.
Polish, clean, and prepare finished parts to meet customer requirements.
Visually inspect parts for quality and workmanship.
Clean and package completed parts for shipment.
Assist with shipping and receiving as needed.
Follow written and verbal work instructions.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Work with team members to meet daily production and shipping requirements.

Basic computer skills and the ability to learn company software.
Detail-oriented and able to perform careful, repetitive work.
Good hand dexterity.

Able to stand for most of the workday.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
Previous manufacturing, de-burring, finishing, shipping, warehouse, or mechanical experience is a plus, but not required.
