EXPERIENCE
No financial services experience is required.
Backgrounds in sales, athletics, hospitality, customer service, healthcare, real estate or other competitive environments can translate well, but are not required.

Licensed financial-services roles may be structured as independent-contractor, commission-based opportunities rather than traditional salaried employment. Compensation is performance-based and not guaranteed. Specific responsibilities, licensing requirements and compensation will be discussed based on the position for which you are being considered.
