We’re looking for a Yard & Equipment Coordinator to keep our equipment, yard, and field operations organized and running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinate equipment moves and maintains current location reports for operations team.
Oversee equipment maintenance, repairs, and service schedules
Maintain accurate equipment records and inspections
Supervise overall yard organization, cleanliness, and inventory
Coordinate with project teams and field personnel on equipment needs
Comfortable using Excel, Microsoft Office, and digital equipment tracking and maintenance systems.
Ideal Candidate:
Organized, dependable, hands-on, and experienced with construction equipment and yard operations. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must.
