Position Summary -Seasonal part time to full time
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Manufacturing Associate / General Warehouse Laborer to join our production and warehouse team.
This position supports day-to-day manufacturing, packaging, material handling, warehouse organization, and general facility operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and willing to assist wherever needed.
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Primary Responsibilities
Assist with manufacturing and production operations.
Load and unload materials, products, cartons, and supplies.
Move raw materials and finished goods throughout the production and warehouse areas.
Assist machine operators with materials and production needs.
Feed, stack, bundle, pack, wrap, label, and palletize finished products.
Inspect finished products for visible defects or quality concerns.
Separate defective or nonconforming products when identified.
Prepare finished goods for storage, shipment, or customer pickup.
Maintain accurate product counts when required.
Keep production and warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of debris.
Sweep, remove scrap materials, empty waste containers, and assist with general housekeeping.
Follow proper procedures for handling food-grade packaging materials.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), sanitation procedures, and company quality standards.
Follow all safety rules and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Help maintain clean workstations and prevent contamination of finished products.
Assist with inventory organization and warehouse projects.
Report damaged products, equipment problems, safety hazards, or quality concerns to a supervisor.
Assist with loading and unloading trucks when required.
Perform other production, warehouse, and general labor duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to reliably report to work on time for scheduled shifts.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to work safely around manufacturing machinery and warehouse equipment.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the workday.
Ability to repeatedly bend, reach, push, pull, and perform physical warehouse duties.
Ability to lift and carry up to [insert appropriate weight, such as 40–50 lbs.], with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment that may include noise, dust, temperature changes, and moving equipment.
Willingness to follow company sanitation, GMP, safety, quality, and housekeeping requirements.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Must maintain good attendance and punctuality.
Preferred Experience
Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, packaging, or general labor experience.
Experience working around production machinery.
Experience palletizing, packing, labeling, shipping, receiving, or material handling.
Experience in food, food packaging, paperboard, printing, converting, or similar manufacturing environments.
Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus but not required.
Basic understanding of workplace safety and quality-control procedures.

Prevent foreign-material contamination of products.
Immediately report hair, fibers, dirt, insects, damaged packaging, or other potential contamination.
Keep finished products protected and properly stored.
Follow procedures for handling nonconforming or defective products.
Maintain clean production and warehouse areas.
