A well-established General Contractor is seeking a reliable, motivated, and hardworking Skilled Laborer for a permanent, full-time position. We handle a variety of commercial projects. We are looking for someone who can step onto a job site and immediately contribute to concrete, excavation, and structural prep work.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
• Concrete & Structural Prep: Execute concrete form building, pouring, and finishing. Install rebar layouts according to project specifications.
• Excavation & Site Work: Perform precise trenching and footing excavations.
• Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate a skid steer and mini excavator.
• Asphalt Restoration: Handle asphalt repair and restoration work on various job sites.
• Plan Interpretation: Read and accurately interpret blueprints and construction drawings to execute tasks independently.
What We Are Looking For (Required Qualifications)
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in skilled construction labor.
• Equipment & Tools: Must own basic hand tools and possess proven experience operating mini excavators and skid steers.
• Transportation: Must have highly reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
• Work Ethic: Punctual, safety-conscious, and physically capable of handling demanding outdoor job site conditions.
