Recruiter / Staffing Coordinator
Position Summary
Paycruit is seeking a motivated and professional Recruiter / Staffing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and ensuring compliance with all employment regulations. This role requires excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager to create accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Identify and implement effective recruiting methods and sourcing strategies based on client needs and industry standards.
• Create and manage job postings and recruitment advertisements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
• Prepare interview materials and conduct candidate interviews.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all required onboarding documents are properly uploaded and stored in the database.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Attend and participate in job fairs and recruiting events.
• Conduct new associate check-ins at client worksites to ensure a successful placement experience.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, associates, and team members.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and dress code requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced staffing environment.
• Professional attitude with exceptional customer service skills.
