📍 **Location:** Fontana, CA
💰 **Pay:** $19.50–$22.00/hr
🕗 **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
🔧 **Morning Shift**
🛠️ **MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS**
We are looking for an experienced **Diesel Truck Mechanic** to join our maintenance team! The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience repairing and maintaining heavy-duty diesel trucks, trailers, and equipment.
### 🔧 Job Duties:
* Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, air brakes, hydraulics, suspension, and other heavy-duty systems
* Perform routine maintenance, oil changes, brake repairs, tire service, alignments, and inspections
* Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic equipment
* Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
* Repair and maintain tractors, trailers, farm machinery, and industrial equipment
* Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other shop equipment
* Assist with assembly and disassembly of heavy equipment and vehicle components
* Maintain accurate repair and service records
* Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area
### ✅ Requirements:
* Previous experience as a **Diesel Mechanic or Heavy-Duty Truck Mechanic**
* Experience working on **tractors and trailers**
* Knowledge of diesel engines, brakes, suspension, hydraulics, and electrical systems
* Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues
* Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
* Must be comfortable using hand and power tools
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* **Must have your own tools**
