Farmers Market Brand Ambassador – Lentil Telepathy 🌱
Do you like farmers markets, meeting people, and getting paid to talk about really good snacks?
Lentil Telepathy makes crunchy toasted lentil snacks, toppers, and breakfast products that are 100% plant-based, non-GMO, gluten-free, dairy-free, and packed with protein. Basically, we took the humble lentil and made it ridiculously snackable. 🌱💥
We're looking for fun, friendly, reliable people to represent Lentil Telepathy at farmers markets around Southern California.
This is a great job for someone who likes being outside, talking to people, and working independently. You’ll be the friendly face of the brand — handing out samples, talking about the products, and helping customers discover their new favorite snack.
What You'll Do
- Run a Lentil Telepathy booth at local farmers markets
- Talk to customers and introduce them to the brand
- Hand out samples and get people excited about the products
- Sell snacks, toppers, and other Lentil Telepathy products
- Set up and break down the booth
- Transport booth equipment and product using your own vehicle
- Load and unload supplies
- Handle payments and keep the booth organized
- Represent the brand and create a fun, welcoming experience for customers
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking to pretty much anyone
- Reliable and punctual
- Energetic and positive
- Comfortable working independently
- Not afraid to approach people and offer them a sample
- Able to lift and carry booth equipment
- Comfortable driving to different farmers markets
- Has a reliable vehicle that can fit the booth supplies and product
- Has a valid driver's license and auto insurance
You do NOT need a huge truck or SUV. You’ll just need a reliable vehicle with enough room to transport the booth materials you'll be responsible for. A tent, a few tables, and a few bins of product.
Farmers market, sales, food service, or customer service experience is a plus, but personality and reliability matter more.
Pay:
$25/hour during training
After training: 20% commission on sales
The better you sell, the more you make. And thankfully, you're selling snacks that people actually get excited about.
What It's Like:
You'll be outside at farmers markets, meeting interesting people, handing out samples, talking about food, and helping people discover a snack they probably didn't know they needed.
Lentil Telepathy is all about nourishing people, uplifting communities, and making healthy food more fun — and we want the people representing the brand to bring that same energy.
If you're a people person, a little bit of a foodie, and generally a good human, this could be a pretty sweet gig.
