Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Bartender, where your passion for craft cocktails, exceptional customer service, and lively atmosphere will shine. In this energetic role, you'll craft and serve a variety of beverages, create memorable experiences for guests, and contribute to the dynamic environment of our bar and restaurant. Whether you're mixing classic cocktails or developing innovative drink recipes, your expertise will elevate our guests' experience and keep the momentum flowing. Duties
Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to ensure an outstanding customer experience
Manage POS systems
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to enhance guest satisfaction
Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and balance registers at shift end
Assist in bar inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders when necessary
Experience
Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining or high-volume settings such as nightclubs or banquet events
Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development
Familiarity with POS systems
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele in a lively environment
Experience in food handling, food safety procedures, and proper alcohol service protocols
Ability to manage multiple tasks through effective time management and organizational skills
Previous bar management or supervisory experience is a plus but not required
