**RCFE ADMINISTRATOR TRAINEE – LIVE-IN**
**San Jacinto, CA | October Start**
Seeking a motivated individual to train as an **RCFE Administrator**. **No experience required**—I prefer to train the right person from the beginning.
**90-Day Training & Evaluation**
* **First 30 Days:** Caregiving for one female resident, light housekeeping, and introduction to RCFE administration.
* **Next 60 Days:** Continue caregiving/housekeeping while completing structured **Title 22 and RCFE Administrator exam preparation**.
**Compensation & Advancement**
* After 90 days: **$1,000/month**
* After individual RCFE Administrator certification: **$1,500/month**
* After facility licensing and staffing: **$2,000/month + regular performance bonuses**
* **Live-in position** with room and board provided.
Ideal for someone dependable, compassionate, willing to learn, and interested in building a long-term career in assisted living administration. A retired or second career motivated individual is ok.
