Position Type: 2-Year Contract Position
Strong potential for permanent hire based on performance
Referral Bonus:
Earn $500 for every referral who starts with Abbott and completes 30 days of employment.
Available Shifts
1st Shift: 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM- 2:30pm M-F
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM M-F
Job Responsibilities
As a Medical Device Assembler, you will work in a cleanroom environment assembling high-quality medical products while following detailed manufacturing procedures.
Responsibilities include:
Assembling precision cardiovascular medical devices and components
Using microscopes, hand tools, adhesives, syringes, and specialized equipment
Performing detailed assembly, coating, packaging, and inspection tasks
Conducting visual inspections and quality checks
Operating manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
Recording production data and test results accurately
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace according to cleanroom standards
Qualifications
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
At least 6 months of manufacturing, production, or assembly experience
Preferred Skills:
Strong attention to detail
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Comfortable performing repetitive, precision-based tasks
Ability to follow detailed work instructions and quality procedures
Cleanroom experience is a plus
