Job Title: Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver – Lumber Yard

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to join our lumber yard team. This position plays a key role in daily yard operations, including order pulling, loading materials, and making local deliveries maybe requires to hand unload material off the truck, items may include lumber, plywood, cloves, windows, and concrete . The ideal candidate is safety-minded, efficient, and comfortable working in an outdoor, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pull and stage lumber and building material orders accurately
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and by hand as needed
• Safely deliver lumber and materials to customer job sites
• Secure loads properly to ensure safe transport
• Assist customers with material pickup in the yard
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Keep yard clean, organized, and accessible
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (Class C required; Class A is a plus)
• Experience in lumber yard, warehouse, or construction environment preferred
• Forklift experience required (certification preferred)
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs. repeatedly
• Knowledge of lumber and building materials is a strong plus
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Good customer service and communication skills
Work Environment:
• Outdoor yard environment in various weather conditions
• Physically demanding role requiring lifting, bending, and standing
