Elf Pros Lighting is hiring a few awesome people to join our installation crews for the 2026 Christmas Season.
We're a locally owned Orange County Christmas lighting company that professionally installs custom Christmas lights on homes, trees, landscaping, and commercial properties throughout Orange County.
We're looking for people who work hard, have a great attitude, enjoy working with a team, and genuinely LOVE Christmas.
Yes, that's actually part of the job requirement.
You'll spend your days outside, on ladders and rooftops, working with a crew to transform homes into something families get excited to see every night.
It's hard work. It's physical. It's fast-paced, but it's also a pretty fun way to spend the Christmas Season.
What You'll Do
• Install professional Christmas lights on homes and businesses
• Work safely from ladders and rooftops
• Install C9 roofline lighting, tree wraps, garland, wreaths, and other Holiday Lighting
• Measure, cut, clip, and install custom-fit lighting
• Load and unload ladders, lights, tools, and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair lighting when needed
• Keep job sites clean and organized
• Provide friendly, professional service at our customers' homes
• Work together with your crew to complete installations efficiently
• Help remove and organize Christmas lights after the season
Who We're Looking For
You don't need professional Christmas light experience. We'll train the right people.
You DO need to be:
• Comfortable working on roofs and ladders
• Not afraid of heights
• Physically capable of climbing ladders and working outdoors throughout the day
• Able to lift 50+ pounds
• Dependable and on time
• Hardworking and willing to hustle during our busiest weeks
• Self Starter - Someone that takes initiative
• Quick Learner
• Friendly, positive, and fun to work with
• Comfortable using basic hand tools
• Able to follow instructions and pay attention to details
• Respectful of customers and their homes
• A team player
Experience in Christmas lighting, roofing, construction, landscaping, electrical, solar, painting, window cleaning, or other hands-on outdoor work is a big plus. And seriously...you should probably like Christmas.
Schedule:
This is a temporary seasonal position for the Christmas Season, generally running from October through January.
November and early December are our busiest weeks. Hours can be long during peak season, and some weekend availability may be required.
Applicants should understand that this is seasonal work and be able to commit through the installation season. Additional work will be available in January for Christmas light takedowns.
