Our closers run company-provided, pre-set homeowner appointments selling high-ticket home improvement projects throughout Southern California.
We sell:
• Roofing
• Windows
• HVAC
• Exterior coatings
• Patio covers
• Energy-efficient home improvements
One customer can mean thousands of dollars in commissions.
INCOME POTENTIAL
Average successful closers: $120,000+
Strong performers: $150,000–$200,000+

WHO WE WANT
We’re looking for people who are:
LIKABLE. COACHABLE. COMPETITIVE. RELIABLE.
You need to be comfortable walking into a homeowner’s house, building trust quickly, identifying what they need, presenting a solution and asking for the sale.
Home improvement sales experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
Experience in solar, roofing, windows, HVAC, automotive sales, real estate, high-ticket sales or other commission sales can translate very well.
YOU MUST
• Have reliable transportation
• Be comfortable driving to appointments
• Have strong communication skills
• Present yourself professionally
• Be coachable and willing to follow our sales system
• Be available for some evening and Saturday appointments
• Be motivated by performance-based income
THIS IS NOT FOR EVERYONE
If you’re looking for an hourly job where you can simply clock in and collect a paycheck, this probably isn’t the position for you.
