Truscott Insurance Solutions is a growing independent agency writing auto, home, business, and cyber insurance. We're hiring licensed property and casualty agents who want to spend their time selling, not chasing leads or doing data entry.
Our leads are direct inbound calls that ring straight to your phone. There's no cold calling and no buying lead lists. We also use AI-powered tools for quoting and back-office work, so you can focus on talking to clients and closing.
What you'll do:
- Take inbound calls and quote personal and commercial lines across multiple carriers
- Bind policies and service your clients
- Review clients' current coverage and find gaps or savings
What we're looking for:
- An active Florida P&C license (2-20, resident or non-resident)
- Sales or agency experience preferred
- Clear communicator who's comfortable on the phone
What we offer:
- 50% of commission on everything you write
- Remote work, with occasional in-person meetings
