-Independent wealth management firm/Broker Dealer with over $1 billion in assets under management.
-Two partners, both in their 50s and would like to retire within ten years
-Ideal candidate would take over their book
Ideal Candidate:
-Advisors with an existing fee-based book of business.
-Target production: $300,000–$600,000 in annual revenue.
-Seeking professionals who focus on long-term advisory relationships.
Compensation Structure:
-Advisors with a $300,000–$600,000 book:
-Approximately 60% payout.
-Sign on bonus
-Advisors with a $500,000–$600,000 book:
-Potential payout of 67%–70%.
Qualifications:
-Strong moral and ethical character.
-College degree preferred.
-Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field strongly preferred....
Pay: $250,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
