Western States Construction Group, Inc. is a licensed general contractor performing residential remodeling, additions, ADUs and higher-end renovation work throughout San Diego County. We are looking for a dependable, skilled construction employee to join our field team.
This is a full-time W-2 employee position paying $22 - $25/hour DOE. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works efficiently, communicates well and understands that quality matters.
Ideal experience includes:
- Finish and rough carpentry
- Framing
- Drywall installation and repair
- Texture and patching
- Interior and exterior painting
- Tile installation
- Flooring
- Cabinet and millwork installation
- Basic plumbing
- Basic residential electrical
- Doors, windows, baseboard and trim
- General residential remodeling and repairs
You do not need to be an expert in every trade. We are looking for a well-rounded construction professional who is particularly strong in at least a few of these areas and is capable and willing to perform a variety of residential construction work.

- Prior residential remodeling experience strongly preferred
- Addition and ADU experience is a plus
Compensation & Employment:
- $22.00 - $25.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
- Full-time W-2 employment
