We believe in offering our pets a personalized grooming experience with the love and care they deserve to help them look their very best! We strive to impress our customers with the look and feel of our store. With a heavy emphasis on store presentation, our associates play an integral role in helping our pet parents find what they need right when they need it — from our healthy selection of food and treats to Farmer’s Market favorites and beautifully decorated dog cookies that look good enough for pet parents to want a bite themselves! You will also be essential in executing merchandising, stocking, and pricing.

🐶 What you’ll do (not including all duties and responsibilities):
• Greet clients and their pups with a friendly smile
• Answer phones, texts, and emails
• Schedule and manage grooming appointments
• Process payments and handle transactions
• Communicate grooming services and pricing
• Keep client and pet information organized
• Help keep the front desk and salon looking clean and welcoming
• Support our groomers and help keep the day running smoothly

🐕 Retail and/or pet industry experience is a must!
