About the Position
We are looking for a motivated and professional Healthcare Marketing & Business Development Representative to help grow our home health/home care agency in the Las Vegas area. The ideal candidate will have experience developing relationships with physicians, medical offices, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, social workers, case managers, and other healthcare referral sources.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Visit medical offices, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other potential referral sources.
• Introduce and explain our home health/home care services to healthcare professionals.
• Identify new referral opportunities and develop new accounts.
• Follow up regularly with physicians, case managers, discharge planners, social workers, and facility administrators.
• Schedule and conduct in-person presentations and meetings.
• Represent the company professionally in the healthcare community.
• Maintain accurate records of marketing visits, contacts, referrals, and follow-ups.
• Communicate referral opportunities and relationship development activities to management.
• Attend healthcare networking events and community events when appropriate.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in healthcare marketing, medical sales, home health marketing, hospice marketing, healthcare business development, or medical field representation preferred.
• Experience working with physicians, medical offices, hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, or other healthcare facilities preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the Las Vegas/Clark County area.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with the Las Vegas healthcare community is a plus.
