RESTAURANT SERVICE MANAGER – PIZZA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Restaurant Location: Carlsbad, CA
Training Location: Little Italy, San Diego
Compensation: $74,000 annually + profit sharing

A growing, high-volume pizza franchise is seeking an experienced Service Manager / Front-of-House Manager to lead daily operations at its NEW Carlsbad location, opening early 2027.
This is a hands on leadership role for someone who understands the pace, volume, and energy of a busy pizza restaurant. We need a manager who is comfortable leading from the floor, developing a strong team, maintaining high service standards, and jumping in wherever needed.
Candidates must have a passion for pizza and previous pizza restaurant experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Lead daily front-of-house restaurant operations
* Manage, coach, and motivate the service team
* Maintain fast, friendly, and organized service during high-volume shifts
* Create a welcoming experience for guests
* Support scheduling, staffing, training, and employee development
* Handle guest concerns professionally and confidently
* Maintain strong communication between the front and back of house
* Support opening, closing, cash-handling, and shift-management procedures
* Help drive sales, control costs, and improve overall restaurant performance
* Uphold food-safety, cleanliness, and company standards
* Work closely with leadership to build a strong culture and successful operation
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* Previous restaurant management experience
* Pizza restaurant experience is required
* Strong front-of-house and guest-service background
* Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Confident, hands-on leadership style
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Understanding of restaurant labor, scheduling, and cost controls
* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
* Reliable transportation and the ability to train initially in Little Italy
COMPENSATION
* $74,000 annual salary
