Estate Services Field Specialist – Physically Demanding Work – $20/hr
True Integrity Estate Services is growing, and we are hiring two part-time Estate Services Field Specialists to join our field team.

This is not simply estate-sale day work and it is not primarily a job handling antiques, decorating homes, or working a cash register.
Our team works inside entire households during estate transitions. The work can be interesting and rewarding, but it is also dirty, physical, fast-paced, and demanding.
WHAT THE JOB ACTUALLY INVOLVES
- Moving furniture and other heavy household items
- Carrying boxes, bags, equipment, and merchandise
- Loading and unloading trucks and trailers
- Sorting through garages, closets, cabinets, drawers, storage areas, and entire households
- Bagging and removing trash and unwanted contents
- Assisting with estate clean-outs
- Cleaning items that may have been stored for years or decades
- Staging and organizing merchandise for estate sales
- Setting up tables, displays, and sales areas
- Pricing and preparing items for sale
- Helping customers during estate sales
- Breaking down and clearing properties after sales
- Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting, and carrying for extended periods
Properties vary dramatically. Some are clean and organized. Others may be dusty, cluttered, hot, dirty, or poorly maintained.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
You must be comfortable performing sustained physical work throughout the day.
Candidates must be able to:
- Repeatedly lift and carry approximately 50–75 pounds independently
- Safely move substantially heavier furniture and household items with another team member and appropriate equipment
- Carry items through homes, garages, driveways, stairs, and uneven areas
- Spend extended periods standing and walking
- Frequently bend, kneel, squat, reach, lift, and carry
- Maintain a productive work pace during physically demanding projects
If you are looking primarily for sale-day, cashier, decorating, or antiques-focused work, this is not the position.

Experience is helpful, but reliability, work ethic, physical capability, judgment, and attitude matter more.
We are looking for people who:
- Show up when scheduled and on time
- Work hard without needing constant supervision
- Are comfortable doing whatever the property requires
- Treat clients, coworkers, and their belongings with respect
- Can follow direction while also learning to recognize what needs to be done
- Are comfortable working as part of a team
- Can adapt quickly as projects and priorities change
- Have reliable transportation to changing job sites throughout Orange County and surrounding areas
COMPENSATION AND GROWTH
Starting pay: $20 per hour
This is an entry/assessment rate with opportunities for increased responsibility, compensation growth, and advancement as skills and capabilities are demonstrated.

SCHEDULE
This is currently a part-time W-2 position with hours based on active projects. Work may occur on weekdays and weekends depending on estate schedules.
Estate services do not follow a traditional Monday–Friday routine, so schedule flexibility is important.
