Overview
We are seeking a motivated and personable Home Improvement Sales Associate to join our team in Orange County. This is a commission-only position designed for individuals with a passion for sales and home improvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting clients in their homes to promote and sell doors and interior renovation services. Candidates must possess a valid Home Improvement Salesperson License (HIS) and have excellent communication skills, follow-up abilities, and a proactive attitude. No cold calling is involved, as leads and appointment setups are provided.
Responsibilities
Visit clients in their homes within Orange County to present and sell doors and interior renovation solutions.
Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close sales.
Utilize provided leads to set appointments and conduct sales consultations.
Maintain professional communication with clients throughout the sales process.
Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively address client questions or concerns.
Manage your schedule efficiently to maximize client visits and sales opportunities.
Stay informed about current home improvement products, trends, and company offerings.
Experience
Valid Home Improvement Salesperson License (HIS) is required.
Prior experience in home improvement sales or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; strong communication skills are essential.
Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to succeed in a commission-based environment.
Ability to build rapport with clients and follow up diligently.
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and goal-oriented mindset are highly valued.
