Tool Supply, Inc, a DXP Company (www.dxpe.com), is a supplier of industrial supplies for machine shops and we are looking for one or two employees.
We are looking for motivated and dedicated candidates who are looking to develop a career in an energetic positive environment. In this position you will play a vital role in our customer service department.
Responsibilities (we will train the right person)
Customer relations via E-mail, phone or in person/walk in customers
Computer processing of sales orders and tracking information through our integrated computer software.
Interface with fellow employees and customers in a positive manner.
Organizing and maintaining product catalogs.
Local Deliveries in Company Vehicle.
Receive and Package Orders, Process in UPS/Worldship.
Requirements
Effective communication skills. (to be used with shipping carriers, customers, warehouses and vendors)
Team-oriented individual with experience working on a team.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Windows Computer operating system experience required.
Honesty and dedication to quality, accuracy and thoroughness.
Lift 20-50lb boxes.
Valid Driver's License.
