Evergreen Cleaning Company is looking for an experienced, dependable house cleaner who takes pride in doing great work and is comfortable working independently.
We're looking for someone who has an eye for detail, works efficiently, follows instructions well, and can be trusted to manage their jobs without constant supervision.

Pay & Earning Potential
During the initial training period, pay starts at $21–$23 per hour, depending on professional cleaning experience and references.
After 2 weeks of training, you'll transition to our performance-based pay plan, where you earn a percentage of the cleaning work you complete rather than a standard hourly rate.
For an experienced and efficient cleaner, earnings will often work out to around $30 per hour and can sometimes be higher. There are also opportunities to earn additional tips and performance bonuses.
Our pay structure is designed to reward cleaners who consistently provide excellent quality while working efficiently.

Most of our work is residential cleaning in well-maintained homes, including many recurring clients and higher-end properties.
🌿 Monday–Friday Daytime Schedule
No nights or weekends required. Optional additional work may occasionally be available if you'd like to earn more.
