Seashore Equities is a privately held investment advisory services company providing a private but very sophisticated line of investment products and private equity investments. One of the divisions at our outstanding company is to assist in the maintenance, leasing, remodeling and management of services for high end luxury homes ranging in price from $2M to $10M. We are responsible for the implementation of design, renovation, and furnishing of high-end luxury and custom homes in Dana Point, San Juan Capistrano, Laguna Niguel and Laguna Beach.

About the Position:
We’re searching for an Interior Design Executive Assistant to work closely with our executives and general contractors on a variety of luxury home remodel projects. This is a unique hybrid role blending interior design coordination, project assistance, and senior executive support.
The applicant we seek has a design education/background and/or sincere, measurable enthusiasm for interior design. Keys to success in this role include strong organizational skills, and - most importantly - an easygoing, patient, and kind personality demeanor. We will consider “training” the right candidate if they consistently bring a kind, caring, naturally positive attitude, and service mindset to their work and especially to their work colleagues.
The area of our work is within the cities of Laguna Beach, Dana Point, Laguna Niguel, and San Juan Capistrano (all within a 15-mile radius of around Monarch Beach).
What We Do
Assist executives and contractors in remodeling, furnishing, and staging fine homes
Source and recommend furnishings options to the senior officers of the company,
After written authorization from the owner or senior management, purchase furniture, fixtures, and finishes online and locally (flooring, lighting, tile, hardware, etc.).
You visit design centers, showrooms, or estate sales to select pieces and coordinate deliveries.
You create detailed, design boards or design concept presentations for executive approval.
You maintain organized records of purchases, vendors, and budgets.
You provide substantial administrative support: to the CEO and other executives.
You communicate clearly and promptly, ensuring approvals are in writing before purchases.
You help bring each home’s vision to life — beautifully, efficiently, and within budget.

Compensation
Competitive hourly wage (or salaried pay based on past work history and/or title) or independent contractor based on experience and/or licenses.
Potential flexible hours and schedule options - our typical work day is 9:00am or 9:30am or 10:00am to 5:00, 5:30pm or 6:00pm
Mileage reimbursement or company vehicle provided for onsite visits
Potential for quarterly and year-end performance based bonus - based on defined criteria
