THE CALL
Someone calls with $38,000 in IRS debt, a garnishment notice, and a lot of shame. You ask about the balance, the years, the notices, and what their month looks like. You explain in plain English how our investigation works and what it costs. If it makes sense for them, you enroll them. If it does not, you tell them that too. Then the case team takes it from there and you take the next call.
WHAT WE PAY
- $16.90 per hour base, plus commission on every client you enroll. Commission is paid on enrollments, not on promises, so it is real money for real work.
- Full time, Monday through Friday, in our Santa Ana office.
- Paid training on tax resolution, our process, and our compliance rules.
WHO CLOSES HERE
- A year or more of phone sales, inside sales, or consultative sales. Debt relief, insurance, solar, auto, or financial services backgrounds do well. Tax knowledge is not required. We teach it.
- You listen before you pitch. The callers are stressed and some are embarrassed. The ones who trust you are the ones who enroll.
- You are comfortable talking about money and asking for a decision.
- You can follow rules. We do not promise outcomes and we do not pressure anyone. A rep who cannot live with that will not last here, and we would rather say so now.
- Bilingual Spanish gets you more calls.
