We are looking to add a qualified, experienced landscape supervisor (speaking Spanish required) to our staff.

Responsabilidades del puesto:
Planificar las tareas y asistir a los técnicos de mantenimiento de paisajismo y al personal de limpieza y mantenimiento diario (day porters) según la programación; supervisar el trabajo y brindar apoyo cuando sea necesario.
Revisar las órdenes de trabajo recibidas y determinar las acciones adecuadas para cada tarea.
Coordinar los horarios con clientes, administradores de propiedades y la oficina.
Priorizar las solicitudes de servicio y las reparaciones de emergencia, así como cubrir turnos durante las vacaciones.
Realizar el seguimiento de las órdenes de trabajo desde su programación hasta su finalización.
Mantener una comunicación profesional, tanto en inglés como en español, con clientes, personal de oficina y personal de campo.
Registrar la finalización de los servicios asignados a través de Company Cam.
Position Responsibilities:
Schedule out and assist Landscaper maintenance techs and Day Porters per schedule; oversee work and assist where needed
Review incoming work orders and determine the appropriate responses for each job
Coordinate schedules with customers, property managers, and office
Prioritize service calls and emergency repairs, cover vacation shifts
Track work orders from scheduling through completion
Maintain professional communication in English and Spanish with customers, office staff and field staff
Completion of assigned services through Company Cam.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for an experienced person who can evaluate all requests, understand the scope of the problem, coordinate schedules, and follow the work through completion.
