Greater San Diego Air Conditioning Company is looking for an HVAC Account Manager to join our growing commercial HVAC team.

HVAC or skilled-trade experience is strongly preferred, but we are also interested in experienced account managers, customer service professionals, and sales professionals who are eager to learn the commercial HVAC industry.

What You’ll Do
As an HVAC Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for assigned commercial customers and help strengthen long-term client relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing commercial customers
• Communicate regularly with customers regarding HVAC service, maintenance, repairs, and recommended solutions
• Present and sell company services and solutions based on customer needs
• Respond to customer questions and resolve concerns professionally and promptly
• Prepare clear proposals, reports, emails, and customer communications
• Follow up with customers on proposals, service needs, and upcoming opportunities
• Schedule follow-up appointments and maintain consistent customer contact
• Work closely with our service, operations, and management teams
• Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships
• Help create sales and presentation materials for customers
• Contribute ideas and solutions that improve the customer experience and help our company grow
We’re looking for a dependable, motivated professional who enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing excellent service.
Ideal candidates will have:
• 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, customer service, HVAC, construction, facilities, or a related skilled trade
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities
• Confidence discussing solutions and pricing with customers
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Comfortable learning and using computer software
• Ability to type at least 35 WPM
HVAC knowledge or experience is a major plus, but not required for the right candidate.
Experience with CRM software is helpful but not required — we will train the right person on our systems.
