Americol Exterior Services is expanding our sales team and looking for confident, motivated, and personable people who want a flexible sales opportunity with serious earning potential.
This is a hybrid sales position combining:
🏡 Residential in-person sales
📞 Phone sales & follow-ups
💻 Email & lead follow-up
🏢 Residential & commercial accounts
💰 THE OPPORTUNITY
Our typical job tickets range from approximately $400 to $3,000+, and our sales team can close approximately 2–4 jobs per productive sales hour during strong periods.
Commission ranges from 20%–30%, depending on the position, performance, and account.
That means just ONE sale can produce:
$400 job → $80–$120 commission
$1,000 job → $200–$300 commission
$2,000 job → $400–$600 commission
$3,000 job → $600–$900 commission
A representative working only a few productive hours can have the opportunity to earn several hundred dollars in commission, while a strong full sales day can reach $1,000+ in commission depending on jobs closed and ticket sizes.
There is no earnings cap.
🔄 BUILD RECURRING INCOME
This isn't always a one-time-sale-and-done position.
Many Americol customers schedule recurring exterior maintenance:
Monthly • Every 3 Months • Every 4 Months • Every 6 Months
Eligible recurring accounts can continue generating commission when those customers return for service.
The goal isn't simply to make today's sale.

One property can have multiple service opportunities, giving representatives the ability to sell individual services, bundles, recurring maintenance, and larger residential or commercial projects.
⭐ NO SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
We train in-house and can potentially start you the same day.
We're extremely confident in the demand for our services and our sales process. Our goal is to get a new representative their first job within their first hour of active selling, even without previous sales experience.
This isn't about being a pushy salesperson or making endless cold calls trying to convince someone to buy something they don't need.
Exterior properties naturally require maintenance.
Your job is simple:
Introduce yourself → Identify the need → Present the service → Give the customer their options → Close the job.
We'll teach you the rest.
📈 WHAT DOES A NORMAL DAY LOOK LIKE?
Our team can average approximately 2–4 sales per productive sales hour during strong periods.
Even at only 2 sales per hour, the numbers can add up quickly depending on ticket size.
A short 2–3 hour sales session can potentially produce several hundred dollars in commission.
A productive full-day shift can potentially produce $1,000+ in commission.
Actual earnings vary based on hours worked, customers contacted, jobs closed, ticket size, commission percentage, cancellations, and individual performance.

and the beautiful communities in between.
If you live in San Diego County, there's a good chance we can position you in or near an area that's convenient for you.
You'll work around beautiful residential neighborhoods, homes, restaurants, storefronts, commercial properties, and coastal communities throughout San Diego.

Full-Time • Part-Time • Flexible/Gig
There isn't one strict 9–5 schedule.
Want to work a few hours and make sales? Great.
Want to work full days and turn this into a serious income opportunity? Even better.
Our technicians are consistently servicing properties throughout San Diego, giving our sales team ongoing opportunities to work around active service areas.
🚗 TRANSPORTATION
You must have reliable transportation to your assigned area.
Personal vehicle preferred.
Using Uber/Lyft or another reliable form of transportation is also acceptable as long as you can consistently get to your assigned work area.
