We are looking for reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented part-time cleaners to clean residential homes and businesses.
This is an independent contractor (1099) position. Cleaners will be independently responsible for completing assigned cleaning jobs according to the company's cleaning standards and expectations.
Job Duties:
Clean and maintain residential homes and/or commercial businesses
Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and wipe surfaces
Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, and common areas
Clean appliances and other areas as assigned
Empty trash and maintain an organized, sanitary environment
Follow cleaning instructions and job-specific requirements
Arrive on time and complete assigned work professionally
Maintain a neat and professional appearance
Communicate with the company regarding job assignments, scheduling, and any issues encountered
Requirements:
Valid U.S. driver's license or state-issued ID
Valid authorization to work in the United States, such as an Employment Authorization Document (EAD) or Green Card
Ability to complete required tax documentation, including a Form W-9
Reliable transportation to assigned cleaning locations
Must be dependable, punctual, organized, and able to perform physical cleaning duties
Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is preferred
Applicants without prior cleaning experience may be considered if they are willing to complete training before accepting independent assignments
Must be able to communicate reliably by text message
Attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning instructions are important
Schedule:
Part-time work with scheduling based on available cleaning assignments. Hours may vary depending on customer needs and business demand.
Outstanding and reliable cleaners may have opportunities to receive additional assignments or transition into more regular/full-time work as the business grows.
Compensation & Tax Information:
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation is based on the applicable hourly rate and/or agreed-upon cleaning assignment. Contractors are responsible for their own tax obligations and will be required to complete applicable tax documentation.
