TURN DAILY HOMEOWNER LEADS INTO A LONG-TERM REAL ESTATE CAREER
The Nonprofit Alliance of Consumer Advocates is expanding its Homeownership Preservation, Real Estate, and Loss Mitigation team.
We are seeking motivated California-licensed real estate professionals who want more than an ordinary agent position. This is a paid, hands-on opportunity to assist experienced real estate and mortgage professionals while being trained in loss mitigation, homeowner retention, listing opportunities, purchases, refinances, and other real estate solutions.
Our organization receives approximately 100–150 new homeowner inquiries and leads each day. These include homeowners who:
• May need immediate foreclosure-prevention assistance
• Are considering selling their homes
• May be ready to purchase another property
• Want to refinance or reduce their monthly expenses
• Have substantial equity but need help evaluating their options
• May require alternatives when retaining the home is no longer practical
Instead of spending your time and money searching for prospects, you will work from our professional Costa Mesa office with access to daily homeowner opportunities, experienced mentors, established systems, and a full support team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Assist licensed real estate brokers and experienced team members
• Communicate with new and existing homeowner leads
• Conduct consistent telephone, text, and email follow-up
• Help gather and organize financial and property-related documents
• Learn the loan-modification and loss-mitigation process
• Help homeowners understand available retention and real estate options
• Identify potential listing, purchase, and refinance opportunities
• Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments
• Maintain complete and accurate client records in our CRM
• Coordinate with mortgage, real estate, legal, and support professionals
• Develop the skills needed to manage your own client opportunities
WHAT WE PROVIDE
• Guaranteed hourly compensation paid biweekly
• Commissions, bonuses, and performance incentives
• A steady flow of fresh homeowner leads
• Potential buyer, seller, refinance, and listing opportunities
• Hands-on loss-mitigation and mortgage-industry training
• Proven scripts, systems, and follow-up procedures
• Professional workstation and office infrastructure
• CRM, marketing, and administrative support
• Transaction-coordinator and sales-assistant support
• Real estate and mortgage mentorship
• Opportunities for professional advancement
• A mission-driven environment focused on helping homeowners
OUR PROFESSIONAL NETWORK INCLUDES
• California-licensed real estate brokers and agents
• Multi-state NMLS-licensed mortgage professionals
• Experienced loss-mitigation specialists
• State Bar-licensed attorneys through independent alliance law firms
• Transaction coordinators and experienced support personnel
This professional network allows our team to help homeowners evaluate multiple possible solutions, including retaining, refinancing, purchasing, or selling real property.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate is:
• Currently licensed by the California Department of Real Estate
• Professional, dependable, motivated, and coachable
• Comfortable communicating with homeowners by telephone
• Persistent and consistent with daily follow-up
• Organized and capable of maintaining detailed client records
• Interested in learning loss mitigation, mortgage lending, and real estate
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced professional office
• Compassionate toward homeowners experiencing financial hardship
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, strongly preferred
• Ready to work, learn, and build a long-term career
You must be comfortable making and receiving telephone calls throughout the day. If you avoid the phone or do not consistently follow up with clients, this position will not be the right fit.
NOT YET LICENSED?
We may consider an exceptional candidate who is actively pursuing a California real estate license and demonstrates strong communication skills, professionalism, and a serious commitment to completing the licensing process. Sponsorship and training may be available for qualified candidates.
