Auto Dealers Digital (AD) is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative to help expand our California dealer base.
AD provides dealerships with technology designed to sell more vehicles, respond to more leads, and streamline day-to-day operations. Our platform includes Facebook Marketplace automation, Craigslist autoposting, CRM, websites, marketing tools, and an AI-powered 24/7 Sales Agent that responds to shoppers, qualifies buyers, and books appointments—even after hours and on weekends.
The Role
This is a true field sales position. You'll spend your days meeting directly with Dealer Principals, General Managers, Sales Managers, and BDC/Internet Directors at dealerships throughout the Bay Area, with opportunities to expand into the Central Valley and Southern California.
You'll:
Prospect and develop new dealership relationships
Conduct face-to-face, consultative sales meetings
Demo AD using the dealership's actual inventory and business needs
Identify opportunities to improve lead response, inventory exposure, and sales processes
Build and manage your own pipeline
Close new dealer accounts and develop long-term relationships
Represent AD professionally in the automotive community
Full-ramp goal: 20–25 new dealers per month.
You're a Great Fit If You Have
2+ years of automotive industry experience — dealership sales, BDC, Internet Sales, F&I, management, auction, or automotive technology
California residency with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
A proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close business
Comfort using CRM systems and learning new technology
A consultative, solution-focused sales approach
Confidence speaking with Dealer Principals and senior dealership decision-makers
The drive and independence to succeed in a field-based sales environment
