We Care Skilled Nursing is a new renovated Skilled Nursing Facility in Hayward and Fremont, CA. We are presently seeking an experienced full-time and part-time Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA) to join our team. We are focused on provided excellent customer satisfaction base care. Home like environment for patients to be comfortable and excellent environment for staff to work. We provide personal care. Significant lower patient to staff ratio to ensure patient care is at highest level. Inhouse rehab team and highly skilled nursing service to meet each patient’s expectation. Flexible hours and excellent team work approach environment.
Responsibilities:
The Nurse will ensure that resident's needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, facility policies and procedures, and federal state and local guidelines. Observes, evaluates and gathers data, confers with and is directed by the Director of Nursing to meet the emotional, physical and cognitive needs of the patients.
Minimum Qualifications
Possession of a valid Certified Nurse Assistant
Prefer 1 year experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a skilled nursing facility, acute care setting, or in-patient rehabilitation or in-patient behavioral health setting. Willing to train new grads.
Proficient in using our clinical software Point Click Care or similar.
Good communication skills and must have team oriented work ethics.
Rate: Above market rate, negotiable.
