Position Overview
Build practical marketing experience in a real business environment. MachineStation USA is seeking an energetic and curious Marketing Intern who wants hands-on training, meaningful projects, and close collaboration with a professional team. This opportunity is designed for current students, recent graduates, and early-career candidates who want to strengthen their communication, content, research, and digital marketing skills.
The intern will work full time on-site and support day-to-day marketing activities while learning how campaigns, content, customer communication, and reporting work together. Strong bilingual communication in English and Hindi is required.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with the creation and coordination of marketing content for social media, email, websites, presentations, brochures, and other promotional materials..
Draft and proofread clear marketing copy in English and Fluency in Hindi with excellent spoken communication abilities.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect product information, photos, updates, and approvals needed for marketing activities.
Compile basic campaign results and prepare simple summaries, reports, or presentations.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for campaigns, engagement, and brand visibility.
Complete training assignments, accept feedback, and meet agreed deadlines with attention to quality.
Provide general marketing and administrative support as assigned within the learning objectives of the internship.
Qualifications Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
Candidates from other academic backgrounds may be considered if they demonstrate strong interest in marketing and a willingness to learn.
Experience
No formal professional experience is required; academic projects, campus activities, volunteering, freelance work, or personal content projects are welcome.
Exposure to social media, Canva or similar design tools, email marketing, website content, photography, video, or basic analytics is helpful but not required.
Required Skills and Attributes
Bilingual fluency in English and Hindi, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability and willingness to work full time in the office during the agreed internship schedule at MachineStation USA.
Strong willingness to learn about company machinery offerings
Interest in marketing, content, digital media, customer engagement, and business operations.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and confidence learning new tools.
Positive attitude, curiosity, reliability, organization, and attention to detail.
Ability to receive coaching, ask thoughtful questions, and work independently after guidance.
Preferred Qualifications
Working proficiency in Spanish
AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini) to supercharge research, drafting, and content repurposing.
Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation tools, CRM systems, or digital marketing concepts.
Internship Terms
This is an unpaid, full-time, in-office internship focused on supervised learning and practical training.
The internship will run for a defined period agreed upon before the start date. Academic credit may be supported where permitted by the candidate’s school or program.
Successful completion does not guarantee employment. An extension or future opportunity may be considered based on performance, learning progress, attendance, conduct, and business needs.
The internship will be structured and administered in accordance with applicable laws and program requirements.
