Job Title: Medical Director / Supervising Physician (MD/DO) – 100% Remote / California Licensed
About the Role:
a. We are seeking an active, California-licensed Physician (MD or DO) to serve as Medical Director / Supervising Physician for a
new peptide and integrative wellness clinic. This position is structured specifically for a low-friction, supplemental income stream
focused entirely on administrative oversight—zero hands-on clinical duties, zero direct patient consultations, zero emergency calls,
and no physical presence required.
Key Responsibilities: (100% Off-Site & Administrative)
a. Standardized Procedures & Practice Agreements: Approve and maintain pre-established California-compliant Standardized Procedures (for NPs) and Practice Agreements (for PAs).
b. Remote Supervision: Act as the collaborating physician of record for licensed mid-level clinicians via telecommunication, staying
well within Medical Board of California supervision caps.
c. Asynchronous Chart Audits: Perform light, periodic remote chart reviews to verify protocol compliance (approx. 1 hour per week).
d. Prescription Authorization: Serve as the Physician of Record for compounding pharmacy ordering and standing clinical protocol
sign-offs.
e. Zero Direct Care. No patient consultations, no Good Faith Exams, and no on-site presence required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
a. Active, unrestricted California Medical Board license (MD or DO).
b. Active DEA registration (California).
c. Clean medical board record and claims history.
d. Openness to integrative wellness, peptide therapy, and longevity protocols.
Time Commitment & Compensation:
a. Time Commitment: 1–2 hours per week (100% remote, flexible, and asynchronous).
