Contents Tech Qualifications: ($18.00 - $20.00 per hour)
- Required valid drivers license
- Prior experience in construction, cleaning, or restoration industries is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of safety procedures including PPE use, respiratory protection, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Ability to operate company vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude towards clients and team members.
- Physical ability to lift heavy items of 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform manual labor efficiently.
Mitigation Tech Qualifications: ($18.00 - $22.00 per hour)
- Prior experience as a Water Mitigation Technician with a proven track record of success
- Familiarity with the latest tools, techniques, and best practices in water mitigation
- Preferred: Mica and Dash/Encircle experience
- Preferred: IICRC Certification in Water Damage Restoration
Reconstruction Tech Qualifications: ($22.00 - $30.00 per hour)
- Drywall and Painting: Experience with repairs to drywall - Must be able to patch, hang, float, and match texture
- Finish Work: Experience cutting and install baseboards, door casings, trim, and other types of molding
- Doors: Installation of interior doors
- Cabinets: Experience installing cabinets
- Plumbing Trim: Experience installing plumbing trim (toilets, water heaters, sinks, connecting appliances, disposal, dishwasher)
- Flooring: Some experience in flooring work
- Applicants for this position are required to provide their own tools and a reliable, properly equipped truck suitable for performing the duties and responsibilities of the role.
