Content & Ad Sales Coordinator — North County Living Magazine (Cardiff/Encinitas)
North County Living, a new lifestyle magazine launching this December, is looking for a part-time Content & Ad Sales Coordinator to help us get off the ground.
This is a great fit for someone who knows the Cardiff and Encinitas community and loves connecting with local businesses. You'll help identify and source new local advertisers, build relationships with business owners, and support light content coordination for each issue.
What you'll do:
Identify and reach out to potential local advertisers in Cardiff/Encinitas
Help build and maintain relationships with business partners
Assist with occasional content coordination (writing, editing, organizing submissions)
Communicate professionally with the publisher, advertisers, and community members
What we're looking for:
Comfortable with outreach and relationship-building — this role leans sales
Strong writing and communication skills
Proficient in Word/Excel and general computer/email tasks
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving pieces
Local knowledge of Cardiff and Encinitas is a big plus
Flexible, part-time role — perfect for someone who's connected in the community and wants to be part of a new local media launch from the ground up.
