Responsibilities
Leads supply planning, inventory strategy, and S&OP for the Allied businesses as priorities evolve. Partners cross-functionally to align demand, supply, inventory, and customer needs while improving service, cost, and operational performance while mitigating risk. Provides leadership, insight, and team development to support business growth and scalable planning capabilities.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop and maintain an integrated supply and inventory plan that aligns demand with manufacturing and logistics capability to maximize customer priorities
Ensure planning decisions are translated into executable actions across the manufacturing and distribution network.
Lead the monthly S&OP process for the Allied businesses, including demand and supply reconciliation, inventory and capacity reviews, risk and opportunity identification, and executive decision support
Optimize inventory, service, cost, capacity, and risk
Own and improve monthly S&OP across demand, supply, and inventory
Partner cross-functionally to improve alignment and performance
Identify and mitigate planning, inventory, service, and operational risks
Monitor KPIs, planning processes, and operating metrics
Lead continuous improvement and scalable capability initiatives
Coach and develop a high-performing planning team
Provide insights and decision support to advance business objectives
