PHX is a growing last-mile logistics company serving North County San Diego. We work with established delivery networks to provide dependable and efficient package delivery throughout the region.
We are currently looking for reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our team. Our available routes are primarily located in North County, including:
Encinitas
Del Mar
Escondido
Carmel Valley
Rancho Peñasquitos
Rancho Bernardo
We are especially interested in drivers who live in or near these areas or are willing to travel to them for their assigned routes.

Ability to follow delivery procedures and route instructions
Commitment to completing assigned routes
Punctual, professional, and positive attitude
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to assigned areas

Pay
Pay is on a weekly basis. Earn up to $150 – $300 per day
* We pay on a weekly basis. However, due to our payroll processing cycle, there is a standard two-week delay for the very first paycheck. After that initial period, you will receive your pay every week.
