Colton Surveying Instruments is a family-owned supplier of surveying equipment — total stations, GPS/GNSS, levels, tripods, and safety gear — serving land surveyors throughout the region. We're looking for an outside sales rep to grow relationships with surveying and construction professionals and bring new business through our doors.
What you'll do
- Visit surveyors, contractors, and engineering firms to build relationships and generate sales
- Manage and grow a territory of existing and prospective customers
- Recommend equipment based on customer needs (we'll train you on the product line)
- Follow up on leads and quotes, and help close deals
What we're looking for
- Proven track record in B2B outside sales (any industry — no surveying background required)
- Comfortable with regular travel to customer sites
- Self-motivated, personable, and organized
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
