We’re Hiring Experienced Sign Industry Professionals!
We are an established electrical sign manufacturing and installation company looking for experienced, dependable, and skilled professionals to join our growing team.
We specialize in the fabrication, electrical wiring, assembly, finishing, installation, and service of custom electrical signs. We are looking for people who take pride in their workmanship, understand quality, and can work efficiently in a professional sign manufacturing and installation environment.
POSITIONS / SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
SIGN FABRICATOR / WELDER
Experience fabricating electrical and architectural signs
MIG/TIG welding experience preferred
Ability to read shop drawings and fabrication details
Experience working with aluminum, steel, and other sign materials
Cutting, forming, grinding, drilling, and general metal fabrication
Ability to produce clean, accurate, professional-quality work
CNC ROUTER OPERATOR
Experience operating a CNC router
Ability to read drawings and understand measurements
Experience cutting aluminum, acrylic, ACM, plastics, and other sign materials
Basic CNC setup, tooling, and troubleshooting experience preferred
Ability to maintain accuracy and production quality
SIGN ASSEMBLY / GENERAL ASSEMBLY
Experience assembling channel letters, cabinets, raceways, and other electrical signs
Ability to use hand and power tools
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to follow fabrication drawings and production instructions
Experience in a sign manufacturing environment preferred
LED ELECTRICAL / SIGN WIRING
Experience wiring LED channel letters and electrical signs
Knowledge of LED modules, power supplies, transformers, and low-voltage wiring
Ability to troubleshoot electrical and lighting issues
Ability to read wiring diagrams
Understanding of proper electrical connections and safe wiring practices
ADA SIGN MANUFACTURING
Experience manufacturing ADA-compliant signs
Experience with tactile lettering, Braille, engraving, printing, and/or routing
Knowledge of ADA sign requirements is a plus
Ability to produce consistent, high-quality finished products
Attention to detail is extremely important
SIGN PAINTER / FINISHING PROFESSIONAL
Experienced sign or industrial painter
Ability to produce a show-quality finish
Experience with automotive-quality or high-end sign finishing preferred
Knowledge of surface preparation, sanding, priming, masking, and color matching
Experience with two-component and specialty paint systems is a plus
Ability to identify and correct imperfections before final finishing
Pride in producing a clean, professional finished product
SIGN INSTALLER
Experienced commercial sign installer
Experience installing channel letters, cabinets, monument signs, dimensional letters, and other signage
Electrical sign installation experience preferred
Ability to safely operate boom lifts, scissor lifts, and other aerial equipment
Experience with drilling, anchoring, leveling, wiring, and mounting signs
Ability to read installation drawings and understand dimensions
Comfortable working at heights and outdoors
Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
Ability to travel to job sites throughout Southern California
Must be safety-conscious and able to work professionally with customers and job-site personnel
Ability to troubleshoot installation and electrical issues in the field is a strong plus
