Wintri is seeking a skilled and reliable Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing team. This position is responsible for the installation of residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including ductwork, furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
Install HVAC equipment in residential homes according to manufacturer specifications and local codes
Lay out and install ductwork, line sets, condensate drains, and related accessories
Perform start-ups and commissioning of installed systems
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both on the job site and in company vehicles
Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners
Collaborate with team members and project managers to ensure timely and high-quality installations
Follow company safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times
Qualifications:
2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred (will consider strong entry-level candidates with formal training)
EPA 608 Certification required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders
Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Must be punctual, reliable, and professional in appearance and attitude
