Job Overview
Looking for an experienced Service Technician to work independently to effectively diagnose and troubleshoot all types of residential equipment. The candidate we are looking for should be able to manage most aspects of residential service/diagnostic with minimal supervision, but more importantly must have the right attitude and personality to compliment our team and give our customers the absolute best service possible. Basic sales experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair issues related to air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating systems.
Utilize tools such as an Ohmmeter for testing electrical components.
Collaborate with team members to design efficient HVAC solutions tailored to client needs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all service operations.
Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
Experience
2+ years as an HVAC service technician
Residential HVAC experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficient knowledge of different models of HVAC systems
