Video Assistant
Dates: September 14–18
September 14: Half-day training/pilot
September 15–18: Full days
Total: 16 automotive interviews over the 4½ days
Location: Irvine, near Irvine Spectrum
Equipment: Video camera + microphones provided
Responsibilities: Turn the camera/mics on and off, monitor/direct the recording, and make sure each interview is captured properly
Training: You'll be taught exactly what to do on the 14th, with a pilot interview to practice
Experience: Professional video production experience is NOT necessary as long as you're comfortable operating the equipment and following instructions.
