We are hiring experienced, professional, responsible, tech-savvy, follow-direction, insured property preservation, and REHAB vendors.
Common Types of Work to Be Done:
- Debris Removal (Trash Out)
- Grass Cut & Lawn Care
- Repairs
- Securing (Lock Change/Lock Set Change, Lock Box Change, Boarding)
- Winterization
- Roofing
- Mold Work
- Make ready for sale
- Renovation and Remodeling
The crews must maintain a strict time frame for submitting the jobs. The approved jobs must be completed with workmanship and investor/bank/client quality expectations. Job order instructions must be followed strictly. The vendor must be able to communicate actively.
Payment:
We pay our vendors on a weekly basis. We will pay you instantly within 48 hours of job completion if the payment due is more than $400 and you are interested in receiving instant payment.
