• Ability to meet investor/bank/client quality standards
• Follow job order instructions strictly (must follow photo requirements)
• Strong and active communication
• Professional workmanship
Approved jobs must be completed according to scope, with clear documentation and quality that meets client expectations.

💲 PAYMENT TERMS:
• After work completion and verified by the client/agent/tenant you can receive payment within 48 hours via direct deposit, zelle, paypal, venmo, or any online invoice.
