All Star Drafts Sports Bar & Grill is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and knowledgeable servers
Requirements:
Riverside county food handlers' card
RBS certification required or must be obtained before serving alcohol
Full weekend availability is mandatory, including both morning and night shifts
Duties performed will include:
Maintain Cleanliness
Menu knowledge
Verify identification and age requirements of customers.
Process payment from customers
Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences.
Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift.
Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere (Knowledge of Sports is a plus)
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness
Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and responsiveness.
Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol.
Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time and keep up in a fast-paced environment.
