Roppongi Restaurant & Lounge has reopened its doors to serve La Jolla the best Asian Fusion menu in San Diego! We are currently seeking a Sushi Prep. Our sushi station is located in the back-of-house, not at an open sushi bar, and we are open daily from 3-9pm, 10pm on weekends!
Our talented staff maintains safe and sanitary kitchen processes and recipes in order to provide exceptional food to our valued guests. Knowledge of the position should include health and safety standards, safe knife handling practices, and the ability to follow detailed prep and recipe guides.
Applicant Requirements:
- Full weekend availability - must be able to work Fri-Sun and holidays
- Relevant experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the U.S.
