Looking for an experienced Restoration Technician
Experience/Qualifications:
Previous drywall repair experience is a must.
Ability to hang, tape and mud repairs.
Ability to match textures (hand trowel, knockdown, orange-peel etc.)
Ability to install baseboard, cove base and basic carpentry skills.
Ability to paint (production paint and custom paint) after completion of drywall repairs.
Must have common drywall tools to perform daily assignments.
Must be willing to help out in other departments (water damage mitigation)
Responsible, reliable and dependable for daily work assignments.
Reliable means of transportation.
Clean and valid driver's license.
Basic English written/verbal skills/Spanish is a plus!
Must be willing to work weekends and over time if needed.
Must be part of an on-call rotation schedule.
